Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
  4. Mix sweet potatoes, eggs, oil, milk, nuts, and raisins.
  5. Combine mixtures and blend thoroughly.
  6. Pour into pans.
  7. Bake 1-hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool on wire rack 15 minute remove from pans and finish cooling.
  9. Wrap in cellophane and keep in cool place overnight, will slice much better.
