Ingredients:

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl stir together flour and dry ingredients.
  2. In large bowl mix sugar, pumpkin, eggs, oil and water.
  3. Add flour mixture and mix well.
  4. Fold in cranberries.
  5. Pour into greased and floured 8x4 pans.
  6. Bake at 350 degree for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
