  1. Mix together the dry ingredients.
  2. Combine the eggs, strawberries, and applesauce and add to the dry ingredients.
  3. Stir in pecans.
  4. Pour into 2 9inch loaf pans. Bake at 325 for about 1 hours.
  5. Approximately 15 points for each loaf, so about 2 points a slice
  6. Because there are so many variations possible in this recipe, it would be wise to recalculate the
  7. Points based on the ingredients you choose. You can certainly lower the point count by not using
  8. The pecans.
