Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook onions and garlic in butter until translucent in large sauce pan.
  2. Add stock and sweet potatoes, simmer until tender around 45 minutes.
  3. Add honey, cream, and peppers, remove and puree until smooth.
  4. Garnish with honey and cream.
