Sweet Milk and Corn Drink: Atole (Robert Irvine)

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 4 cinnamon sticks

Directions:

  1. Add corn, milk, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt to a blender and puree until smooth. Heat in saucepan until warm. Serve in mugs with cinnamon sticks.
