Sweet Chili Roasted Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a plastic bag, place salmon filets and chili sauce. Seal bag, releasing as much air as possible, and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  3. Place salmon in a baking dish and roast for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
