Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Mix salt, pepper, ginger and flour.
  2. Dust chops with mixture.
  3. In heavy skillet, brown chops lightly on both sides in hot oil.
  4. Lower heat and cook until done, about 20 minutes.
