Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook onions and garlic in oil until transparent.
  2. Add all of the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Stir the lumps out of the refried beans and heat through.
  4. Garnish individual servings with crushed tortilla chips.
  5. I like Tostitos with Hint of Lime-mmmm.
  6. Sour cream.
  7. Shredded cheese- any kind.
