  1. Slice off tops of tomatoes and scoop out;chop tops and centers. Saute minced onion in 2 Tbs. oil until soft. Add chopped tomatoes,cooked rice,spinach,salt;heat through. Toss with feta cheese and chopped dill. Fill tomatoes. Bake,covered at 400 in an 11x7 dish 12 mins.
