Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Coat shark on both sides with olive oil. Place in a pyrex dish. Sprinkle half of all remaining seasonings on one side. Leave to marinate for about 1 - 1/2 hours.
  2. Turn over, and marinate with the remaining seasonings for 1- 1/2 hours.
  3. To cook, we have a gas grill. We sprayed the grill with Pam, heated it on high, cook one side, 7 minutes with the lid up. Second side 7 minutes with the lid down. Don't be scared off if there's a dark section in it, that is the best part!
  4. Done.
  5. Let it sit, for 2-3 minutes before serving, and we lightly dab it in mayo to eat. Oh my goodness - this was so good.
