Grilled Marinated Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 lb shrimp

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients
  2. Seal container and refridgerate 2hrs
  3. Put on skewers and grill 5 min (use precooked shrimp)
