Ingredients:

  • 3 lb roast
  • 1 tbsp dry onion
  • 1 package au jus gravy mix
  • 1 package itlaian salad dressing mix
  • 2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Place roast in crock pot and cover with other ingredients. Note- I used Boody Mary mix instead of tomato juice. Cook on low for 8-12 hours or on high for 4 1/2 hours.
