Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. In blender container combine all ingredients and process at high speed until blended.
  2. Refrigerate until chilled.
  3. Shake again just before serving.
