Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
  2. Whisk together cornstarch cinnamon and 1/4 cup of apple juice
  3. In saucepan over medium heat simmer apples inremaining apple juice till tender
  4. Add cornstarch mixture stir till thickened
  5. Pour into bottom crust cover with top crust Bake 45 minutes
