Ingredients:

  • 1/2 inch fresh gingerroot, peeled

Directions:

  1. Chop ginger. Scoop seeds out of melon and cut it into wedges. Cut away the skin and chop flesh into chunks.
  2. Push snap peas through a juicer, followed by melon chunks and ginger slices. Serve chilled, decorating with additional melon chunks and peas.
