Sugar Free Lowfat Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash ground cloves

Directions:

  1. Mash bananas, and add applesauce.
  2. Stir in oats, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, cloves.
  3. Add sunflower seeds, almonds and raisins, stirring gently.
  4. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray.
  5. Divide mixture evenly among 18 tins.
  6. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
