Directions:

  1. In a bowl: oats, skim milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, apples,raisins, brown sugar, and vanilla and let sit for 30 minutes to blend flavors and soften oats. After 30 minutes, add the egg and canola oil. Sift other dry ingredients and add to mix. Divide into 12 muffins, bake in a preheated 350º oven for 20 minutes.
