Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp butter

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs
  2. Add salt and flour beating continuously.
  3. Add milk and mix.
  4. Put in buttered square pan.
  5. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook 15 minutes more.
  7. Serve with syrup.
  8. I would double the recipe and cook in 2 pans or 1 larger one. They are THAT good.
