Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Cream together egg yolks and butter.
  2. Add maple syrup, sugar, and cinnamon before stirring.
  3. Add flour and beat until a biscuit-like dough is formed.
  4. Scoop onto baking sheet coated in non-stick spray. Bake at 370 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until edges are brown.
