Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Spray a 2-qt casserole dish with cooking spray.
  3. In a medium bowl shred chicken and mix with onion. Add all ingredients except cheese.
  4. Pour into prepared dish and top with cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes until hot through.
  6. Turn oven to broil and remove foil.
  7. Cook until cheese starts to brown. 2-3 minutes.
