Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make slits in pork chops to form a pocket in fat end.
  2. Combine saltines, sugar, pepper, salt, garlic powder, 5 tablespoons of the melted butter, onions, and parsley; mix well.
  3. Stuff chops generously and skewer shut with toothpicks.
  4. Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of melted butter in a skillet.
  5. Brown chops slowly over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.
  6. Add chicken broth and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes until tender, turning chops at least once.
  7. Uncover turn heat to med. high, and boil 2 min. or until liquid has thickened/reduced.
  8. Remove toothpicks and pour pan juices over pork chops before serving.
