Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook chopped mushroom stems, green onions, and garlic for 5 minutes or until tender. Cool 10 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine cooled mixture with remaining ingredients.
  4. Place mushroom caps on prepared baking sheet. Btush with remaining 1 tablespoons oil and fill with cooled mixture.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  6. TIP: Mushrooms can be assembled earlier in the day and refrigerated until ready to bake.
