Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut the tops off the figs and cut almost through with an X .
  2. Stuff the pieces of cheese into the grooves.
  3. Wrap with a piece of proscutto.
  4. Crack a little black pepper on top
  5. Pour some balsalmic vinegar on top.
