Strike Up The Music To These Tomatoes

Directions:

  1. Slice tomatoes in half and scoop it out
  2. In a pan saute mushrooms, garlic, parsely in red wine
  3. Place in tomato that is scooped out
  4. Top with just croutons
  5. Chop up some fresh basil
  6. Squeeze some fresh lemon over top
  7. Add some black pepper
  8. Parmesean cheese
  9. More fresh parsley
  10. And broil these tomatoes....
  11. Serve with great crackers or alone...
