Ingredients:

  • i cup julienned carrots
  • i cup julienned yellow squash
  • i cup julienned red cabbage
  • i cup julienned zucchini
  • 1/2 cup sprouts
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat wok. Heat peanut oil until smoking. Add vegetables and stir-fry until slightly tender, stirring constantly. Add calamari, garlic, and sprouts, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients and continue stir-frying for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the sesame oil. Adjust seasoning if needed.
