Sticky Pork With Bok Choy

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 (7 oz) pork fillets
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 bunch bok choy
  • 1/2 cup coriander

Directions:

  1. Heat large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add oil and pork, cook 3 minutes each side.
  3. In a bowl combine sauce, honey, water and ginger.
  4. Pour over pork.
  5. Bring to the boil, add bok choy and green onions.
  6. Cover with a lid and reduce heat.
  7. Simmer 7 minutes till pork cooked through and bok choy is tender.
  8. Top with coriander to serve.
