Ingredients:

  • 2 cups okra , cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium pot, cover, and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer, covered, for about 1 hour.
