Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) package frozen breaded okra
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 12 slices bacon

Directions:

  1. Fry bacon to a crispy golden brown.
  2. Dice the onion and tomato (drain excess juice from tomato).
  3. Fry the okra and allow to cool to warm and crumble bacon into the okra.
  4. Add tomato and onion; toss and serve.
