Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring 4 cups water to a boil. In a bowl, combine pork, green onions, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil and mix gently.
  2. Working with one wonton skin at a time, place on work surface and spoon 1 1/2 teaspoons pork mixture in the center. Brush two adjoining edges with water. Fold over to form a triangle.
  3. Place a steamer in boiling water. Add wontons, in batches, cover and steam until pork is no longer pink, 7-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
  4. Variation: substitute 1 pound peeled and chopped shrimp for the pork.
