Steamed Broccoli in the Buff

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups water

Directions:

  1. Fill 2 quart pot (medium size) with water, so it is just below metal steamer basket.
  2. Bring water to boil.
  3. Add cut pieces of broccoli.
  4. Cover with lid and steam for 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Drain water and enjoy broccoli in the buff!
