2 Minute Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Put broccoli and water in a large, round microwave proof tupperware/gladware.
  2. Press lid on top but do not fully seal.
  3. Microwave on high for two minutes.
  4. Press and seal lid. Let stand for one minute.
  5. You can let the broccoli steam longer if you prefer it to be more tender.
  6. Drain and serve.
