Steaks With Balsamic-Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  2. Season steaks generously on both side with salt and pepper.
  3. Place steaks in skillet.
  4. Cook, turning once, until browned, 2-3 minutes per side for medium rare.
  5. Transfer to a warmed plate, cover with foil.
  6. Add vinegar to skillet.
  7. Boil until syrupy, scraping to loosen browned bits from skillet.
  8. Whisk in mustard and any accumulated juices from steak.
  9. Serve steaks with sauce.
