Squash,egg & Cheese Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 7 eggs
  • 3 cups cheese
  • 1 oz onion

Directions:

  1. Coat bottom of pan with virgin olive oil.
  2. Place squash in warm pan and cover let simmer till squash is tender.
  3. Add 7 beaten eggs.
  4. 1 oz of onion let simmer.
  5. Add 3 cups of cheese or to you desire.
  6. Remove cover to thicken.
  7. Cook for 15 min and serve.
