Ingredients:

  • 2 cups squash
  • 2 cups zucchini
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic

Directions:

  1. Place olive oil in the bottom of a large frying pan, heat on medium
  2. Add diced up tomatoes, garlic cloves, and onion slices
  3. Sautee until onions are transparent
  4. Add zucchini & squash, season with italian seasoning
  5. Allow to simmer until tender
