Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (or nuts or fruit of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp maple extract (or vanilla extract)

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix wet ingredients together and stir into dry.
  3. Press into buttered (oiled) 8X8 square pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes.
