Directions:

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Spoon mixture into an oiled, ovenproof 6-cup ring mold. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Carefully drain excess grease from mold. Unmold onto a warm serving platter.
  2. Cook peas according to package directions. Fill center of ring with peas and potatoes.
