Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 lbs fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/16 tsp salt
  • 2 garlic cloves

Directions:

  1. Thoroughly clean spinach.
  2. Add to pan with a small amount of salted water to boil.
  3. Drain when ready (2-3 minutes).
  4. Heat olive oil in saucepan.
  5. Chop or slice garlic & add to saucepan with heated oil (be careful not to burn).
  6. Add spinach.
  7. Cook for ~10 minutes.
