Spinach Salad With Maple Dressing

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Maple Dressing: Mix all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Trim and wash and dry spinach.
  3. Tear spinach into bite sized pieces.
  4. Place spinach in salad bowl and toss with dressing.
  5. Add bacon, cheese and apples.
  6. Toss lightly.
  7. Serve.
