Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Defrost spinach and squeeze out water.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Spread on tortillas to about 1/2 from edge.
  4. Roll.
  5. Refrigerate overnight, or at least 6 hours.
  6. Cut into 1 inch pieces.
