Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spread 3/4 cup of the cheese on the pie shell. top with al of the spinach.
  2. Beat half-and-half, eggs, and alst together until frothy. Pour over cheese and spinach. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Dot with butter, if Desired.
  3. Bake 30 minutes at 375 F.
