Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cornmeal
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine filling ingredients in mixing bowl; beat on high speed 3 to 5 minutes or until very well mixed.
  3. Pour into pastry shell.
  4. Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and firm.
  5. Cool before serving.
