Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice eggs in half.
  2. Remove yolks and set aside whites.
  3. Mash yolks in a bowl with a fork and stir in mayo, vinegar, sugar, pepper, and salt.
  4. Fold in spicach and bacon.
  5. Spoon into the white halves.
  6. *Optional (sprinkle with coarse black pepper)
