Spinach Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups spinach
  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup salad oil
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. Tear spianch leaves into bite-size pieces (about 4 cups): refrigerate 1 hour.
  2. Place spinach in a large bowl.
  3. Slice unpared cucumbers into bowl.
  4. Shake remaining ingredients in tightly covered jar; toss with vegetables.
