Spinach and Ricotta Pasta Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spary a large non stick saucepan with cooking spray and add the onion, garlic and spinach. Stir fry for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Add the nutmeg (if using) ricotta and broth.
  3. Cook for a further 4-5 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Remove from the heat and season well.
  5. Serve mixed with cooked pasta of your choice.
