  1. In a large bowl, whip potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream and butter until smooth. Add all remaining ingredients and continue to beat until well mixed. Spoon into a 2 qt. casserole dish that has been sprayed with oil. Bake, covered, at 375º for 20 minutes.
  2. Casserole can be prepared ahead and refrigerated, then baked just before serving. Be sure to allow to come to room temperature for 30 mins. before baking.
