Spinach And Herb Veggie Dip

Ingredients:

  • couple dashes of hot sauce
  • 1tsp dijon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 heaping tsp chives, chopped
  • 1 heaping tsp fresh dill, minced or 2t dried dill weed
  • 1 scant tsp fresh parsley, minced or 1t dried

Directions:

  1. Mince spinach leaves finely(a quick whirl in the food processor works great!)
  2. Whip together sour cream, mayo and cream cheese until smooth and well combined.
  3. Fold in all remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, as needed.
  5. Refrigerate at least a couple hours.
