Spinach and Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Toast sesame seeds in a skillet stirring constantly till golden brown.
  2. Toss spinach with the sesame seeds 2 of the eggs chopped fine, the onion rings and 1/2 avocado chopped into 1/5 inch pieces.
  3. Blend the dressing
  4. Pour over salad and toss.
  5. Garnish with sliced egg.
