Rice with Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 70 g carrot
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook rice until tender.
  2. Meanwhile prepare other ingredient.
  3. Cut chicken breast into small pieces.
  4. Remove the seed of the chilli pepper and chop it.
  5. Julienne the onions and mince the garlic.
  6. Peel the skin of the carrots and cut it into small quarters.
  7. Heat cooking oil on a pan.
  8. Sauté the onions and a minute later the garlic.
  9. Throw in salt and pepper.
  10. Fry the chicken breasts and chillies for 5 minutes.
  11. Fry the carrots and spinach.
  12. Pour in a glass of water.
  13. Let it cook for 5 minutes on a medium heat.
  14. Pour in cooked rice.
  15. Stir for a minute.
  16. Put a lid on the pan and let it cooks for another 5 minutes.
