Spicy Unfried 'Fries'

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs baking potatoes , scrubbed left unpeeled and julienned
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cumin

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss well.
  3. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  5. Enjoy!
