Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all except for banana peppers and bacon.
  2. Cut out a wedge in the banana peppers and remove seeds, saving the wedge to replace once pepper is stuffed.
  3. Fill banana pepper with the cheese mixture.
  4. Replace the cut out wedge and wrap with a slice of bacon. I use a toothpick to secure the bacon to the pepper.
  5. Roast in a 400 degree oven until the bacon cooks.
